We loved staying in this hotel with its stunning decoration, spotless rooms, and breathtaking views that made our stay here truly memorable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us and ensure our comfort. Additionally, the location was perfect for us, as it offered a perfect balance between tranquility and easy access to the city center. We also appreciated the breakfast and hotel facilities, which were of a high quality.

The hotel's location offers a peaceful and serene atmosphere with stunning views of the surrounding valleys. the rooms are beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable with plenty of storage space. the staffs are friendly and helpful, making sure guests feel welcomed and taken care of. Breakfast is tasty and satisfying with a variety of options to choose from. the bathroom is spacious with excellent water pressure. the hotel provides a range of facilities, including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a swimming pool.

Some guests complained about noise disturbance from other guests who arrive early in the morning on weekends.

Over the Christmas period, the hotel had a couple of great things to offer. the breakfast was buffet-style with a wide variety of options to choose from. the hotel boasted a stunning view of the surrounding area and was located in a quiet spot away from the bustling city. A particular aspect that was greatly appreciated was the friendly and welcoming staff who were always happy to assist.

Despite the nice aspects of the hotel, there were a few negative points that could not be overlooked. the room given to us had a musty smell and the shower head was not properly secured to the wall.

The view from our room was stunning and definitely the highlight of our stay. , the location was great being situated on a ridge between two valleys. Although not in the centre, it was still within walking distance, which was convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful, which was appreciated.

There were some negative aspects to our stay. Our room had a musty smell and the bathroom was not great with the showerhead not staying connected to the wall.
